Creating a Safe, Positive, and Inclusive Classroom
This page will showcase how I plan to create a safe, positive, inclusive, and well-managed learning environment. I plan to foster a culture of respect, teamwork, and personal responsibility.
Safe, Positive, and Inclusive Environment
My classroom environment will be built on routines, focusing on transitions, proper equipment use, and set expectations. I will ensure psychological and physical safety through inclusive language, structured gameplay, and clear behavior expectations. Using proactive strategies such as google form check-ins, visual cues, and reflections will help students self-regulate, stay focused, and successfully navigate interpersonal challenges.
Promoting Physical and Psychological Safety
I will ensure safety by carefully organizing space, assessing equipment, teaching proper techniques, and assigning roles that promote responsibility. I foster psychological safety by using inclusive language, validating student feelings, and creating an environment where mistakes are viewed as learning opportunities.

Differentiating the Environment to Support All Learners
I will modify equipment, adjust court sizes, vary the intensity of tasks, or offer alternate alternate roles based on student needs. This flexibility ensures that students with diverse physical, emotional, or behavioral needs can participate meaningfully and safely. Clearly communicate expectations to students and use consistent follow-through.
